4. Guidelines for promotions from E8 to E9 are in accordance with CIL OM no.484 which was published on 01.10.2020 and its subsequent amendment in OM No.509 Dated 17.11.2020. The minimum qualifications and experience requirements are in accordance with CIL’s official OM no. 474, dated 17.08.2020, and the subsequent amendment in OM No.774 which was issued on 24.09.2021 guidelines, minimum Qualification, and experience as per an updated HR Manual that is accessible on the website of CIL.
